Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sparkling water experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your SodaStream products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your SodaStream sparkling water maker and any unused accessories back into their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
